On Point Family Practice prioritises the health and safety of our patients, carers, and staff. This policy applies to all patients with respiratory symptoms, including patients who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
COVID-19 is a highly infectious respiratory disease responsible for the deaths of millions of people worldwide. Evidence based research shows that COVID-19 vaccines prevent severe disease, hospital admission and death rates.
On Point Family Practice strongly encourages people be vaccinated against COVID-19.
Symptoms of COVID-19If you have any
COVID-19 symptoms (a fever, cough, shortness or breath, sore throat, headache, and tiredness) you need a PCR test OR Rapid Antigen Test. There are several locally available pathology providers for COVID-19 testing.

you do not have evidence of a negative COVID-19 test please book a Telehealth Appointment or phone to discuss with one of our reception staff.
On Point family practice is offering telehealth appointments for existing patients of the practice only. You can organise your telehealth appointment online or by calling the practice on
07 5211 0206.If you have respiratory symptoms, cough, runny nose, sore throat, fevers, shortness of breath, headaches and
have a NEGATIVE COVID-19 test within the last 24 hours you can book an in-person appointment at the practice.
Please wear a mask and show evidence of your negative test result to our reception staff on arrival to the practice. The staff at On Point Family Practice appreciate your understanding and flexibility with the booking processes during these challenging times. These measures are in place to protect our most vulnerable patients and we thank you for your honesty.
